Dr. Moulton is clearly a man who never kneels before received wisdom, but will subject it to his sharp and critical mind. He is a fine example to anyone, and I like his question ‘why is it what it is?’ almost as much as one of the answers to it, the fabulous New Series bicycle.

A full size 1:1 scale image of the Pashley Moulton TSR 30. This shows an amazing level of detail… you can read the stampings on the links on the chain and spot very slight blemishes on the frame.

I haven’t posted the actual photo because of it’s size (~250 Megapixels).

The rim is a Milremo 369mm (17 inch), and the hub is an Airlite
