Your Club is still searching for a new Editor to produce / assist in the design of the club magazine, The Moultoneer.
Since the last issue Moulton fanatic Andy Forey has offered to step in as myshort term replacement. This is wonderful news; Andy is a creative chap who I am sure will bring new aspects to the publication, as well as keeping a good balance of old and new.
We would like to hear from anyone who may be able to help with the future of the magazine; perhaps there is a group of people out there who would be keen to write material. We are ready to welcome anyone of you who may be interested!
Perhaps there are some new members of the club who might want to offer their skills to become part of this interesting opportunity. If you would like to express interest in the role / role(s) please contact our club chairman, Aynsley Brown or Sub Editor Michael Woolf. Any small amount of help would go a long way to ensuring the magazine’s regularity and maintaining the content that you want to see!
If you are interested in the editorship, the following skills might be helpful –
• A passion for writing
• Have some skills in graphics / publishing software, perhaps you have put together newsletters etc. Remember, as the Editor you have some creative freedom to take the magazine where you wish (provided it stays Moulton!)
• Interest in photography, layout and print, and of course an interest in learning more about our favourite small wheeled bicycles!
If you have any questions to ask then please contact any of the team, and of course, if you don’t wish to take the whole thing on – please keep your articles coming!
