I agree with Ken, a Mini without front suspension is a pretty pointless bike. Low value and not of any great interest.

Make it into a ’special’ that you want has to be a good way of doing something useful with it!

For the Sturmey problem, can you take the guts out of the working hub and put it in the hub of the wheel with the alloy rim and get it to operate?

Someone got a bit of a result from ebay today, a very clean 2003 APB24 sold for £685.

Much less than usual for ebay, I have seen rather dodgy looking and pretty old APB12’s go for that sort of money!

The best way to find out would be to put it out to auction and see.
