The club weekend at Bradford on Avon is fast approaching.
It takes a lot of volunteer effort to run this weekend. The organisers would greatly appreciate if you could send your application in NOW! Leaving it to the last minute only adds to the stress of running this wonderful event.
Don't delay, send it in today!

I live locally, what has never been clear to me from the form is that if I am not eating, camping or parking can I just turn up or do I need to send the form in any case (too late now of course).

Hi Clifford, I don't think that form is clear in any respect! You don't need to fill in the form if you're just turning up but you will need to prove that you're a member. You should have received a Membership Letter by email last time you renewed. You can download this again by going to your profile page http://www.moultonbuzz.com/community/members/cliffordslocombe. Then click on MBC Membership Details and request a letter by email or download. Enjoy the weekend, I wish I were going!

Thanks for the reply. As it happens I was busy with other things in the end, but I'll know for next year.
