For those Club members coming to the Moulton Bicycle Weekend, if you've booked, great. If you haven't, you can still join us by paying at the gate but sadly, you cannot now join us for the meal as the booking for this has now closed.
We have ordered some canned Moulton Bicycle Club beer and bottles of wine to purchase on both Friday and Saturday evenings. If you prefer cider or soft drinks, you will have to provide that yourself. Most importantly, you will need to bring your own glass, mug, tankard or straw (!) if you wish to drink directly from the bottle or can.
On both Friday and Saturday, the communal BBQs (meat & non-meat) will be available for our use, just bring your own food, plates, mugs and cutlery.
We have 5 guided rides; 2 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday, depending on how far you wish to ride.
This is a members-only event (includes immediate family) If you are not a current member, you can join the Club at the gate for £22.50 plus £15 for each adult for the weekend. If you wish to camp in the Hall grounds, the cost for each adult will be £35 for the weekend.
As there are no large pubs in BoA town for us to meet-up, eat & drink on Friday evening, we had intended to hire in a mobile food unit. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find one.
Please join us on Friday evening in or near the marquee, bring something to eat or a takeaway/delivery and something to drink, or buy some Club beer!
