My TSR-22 has a front double chainring with Shimano 105 components. Trying to adjust the front derailleur to the Shimano spec (1-3mm distance between outer plate and chainring) is impossible due to the limited adjustability of the Moulton TSR/SST Front Derailleur Mount M0363. The latter is the little L-shaped black steel adapter between the front derailleur and the brazed-on mount that allows limited up-down adjustment for the derailleur. This adapter is 28mm long and does not allow my derailleur to go down far enough… the chainring gap is more like 10mm instead of 1-3. This means lousy shifting. Has anyone encountered or fabricated a longer adapter with more capacity for up-down adjustments? Does Moulton make one?
